I, the client, consent to the storage and processing of my personal data, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, contact numbers, e-mail addresses by the Contractor according to the following goals:
providing the client with services for the development and promotion of websites and / or applications, other services in the field of telecommunications.
The Contractor undertakes to process personal data in in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation for processing personal data.
I agree that my personal data may be transferred third parties, if required by the conditions for the provision of the declared me services.
I instruct the Contractor, in case the rules and / or Regulations of relevant services, services, public domains publish my personal data in the databases of the relevant services, services, public domain registries, in form and scope, necessary for the functioning of such services, services, registries.
I agree that the refusal to provide consent to processing personal data or its withdrawal may lead to the following:
Refusal by the Contractor to provide the relevant services, if these services cannot be provided without the need for processing of personal data of the client;
The rights of the client in relation to his personal data are specified in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". If the client intends withdraw your consent to the processing of his personal data side of the Contractor, he makes such a withdrawal by sending to the address of the Contractor of the relevant order in a simple written form.
